SUP, or Stand Up Paddleboarding, is the fastest growing watersport in the world. With a board and a paddle you propel yourself across the water while standing on your feet.
What kind of Paddleboard do I need for flat water ?
For flat water paddling, we recommend a displacement hull board or a larger all around board. A displacement hull cuts through the water efficiently and they're the fastest.
What if I want to paddle flat water and surf?
An all around board from 9'6-11', depending on your size, is optimal if you want to catch some waves and hit the intracoastal too. The shorter you go, the worse the straight line tracking is for the flats but the more maneuverable the board will be in the surf.
What board should I get if I want to PaddleSurf?
PaddleSurfing makes surfing fun, easy to learn and enjoyable for everyone! Paddleboards let you catch the waves already on your feet past the break so they're easy to paddle into. Paddlesurf boards come in many sup shapes for surfing.
